Hi! I bought some eggs from you at the Old Capitol Farmers' Market recently and got your web address from the package. I'm working towards becoming a locavore (which I write about on my blog at www.SpringfieldLocavore.com), so I'm always looking for local sources of food. I particularly enjoyed reading the information you have here about how the hens are raised. I also learned about something new -- sprouts! I've never tried any, but I'm going to have to pick some up soon and give them a try. Keep posting information (and photos!) on your web site! Wally P.S.
